I am the epitome of a struggling "Starving Artist"...(No joke,look up that term)

And I am a Martial Artist...
(All "Styles"...But I specialize in Bruce Lee's "Jeet Kune Do","Ninjutsu",(Knife and "Star" Throwing),"Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu",and I was a "Wrestler" for about 10 years - Trained by Pro Wrestler David Whitten aka: "Johnny Wylde" (At Rev. "Horace (Hoss) Strickland's" in Anderson S.C.) - who wrestled on Television before with such greats as "The Rock N Roll Express" (Ricky Morton).My cousin Michael Cole is also currently a Professional Wrestler who goes by the name of "Mikael Judas")...

I have also become a documentary film producer in the past couple of years,and it is my dream to create a film that utilizes all of the talents that The Lord has given me (To Christ go ALL the glory,honor,and praise) and use them to warn people about the times in which we live..(Search for "TheOwlMan" channel on YouTube and you will understand what I mean by that)...

The mighty Samurai...After a long day of training in the Martial Arts and with razor sharp swords,would also write poetry.They understood that you had to have a "Balance" to be a complete warrior.(The whole yin/yang,hard and soft,night and day kind of thing) It was even portrayed in the movie "The Last Samurai" with Tom Cruise.
So I don't want any "Back talk" about me being a poet! lol

I have always been a "Pencil Sketch Artist"...
(Like the Art James Cameron drew in the film"Titanic"),
but I"ve always wanted to get into painting and using colors.
I used my computer mouse (Because I didn't have one of those electronic "Sketch Pen/Pads")
to paint the picture below using the program "Corel Painter IX".
It took me WEEKS to complete it...(It was also the first time I had ever used such a program)
To give you an idea of what I am talking about.
Using a mouse to paint this picture is the equivalent of cutting your lawn
using only a pair of scissors instead of a riding lawn mower...
It is my very first attempt at using "Paint" and colors in my Art...
I call her "Joy - The love that could never be"...

* I have been invited to join "The International Society of Poets",and have won numerous awards for my poetry (To Christ go ALL of the Glory,Honor,and Praise!) It is a GREAT HONOR... But I honestly don't have the money to pay for membership,or to pay for the shipping to have my awards shipped to me.(Approximately: $200 altogether)

* I used a trial version of "Corel Painter IX" (Which has expired) to paint the picture above,and I would LOVE to be able to purchase the program,but it costs HUNDREDS of dollars! (Literally!)

* I was once awarded a book contract, but they wanted a $750 deposit (That I would have gotten back once I sold the books to amount to that) but I honestly don't have that kind of money, so that never materialized (If I did receive the money needed,I have no doubt whatsoever that I could get my book(s) published)...
